Compensation & Benefits
Surrogates receive a starting compensation of $58,000 or more, depending on their experience and individual circumstances. Experienced surrogates often earn between $65,000 and $100,000+, reflecting their prior journeys and the time, care, and commitment involved.
Along with the base pay, surrogates receive additional compensation covering pre-pregnancy expenses, personal care, lost wages, childcare, housekeeping, medical procedures, and maternity insurance, ensuring no out-of-pocket costs. Total earnings, including benefits and reimbursements, typically range from $65,000 to $100,000+.
If a surrogate carries twins or more, an additional $10,000 per extra fetus is provided. Surrogates are also compensated for unique medical situations such as a c-section or other procedures, and receive milestone bonuses for important stages like starting medication and embryo transfer.
Every surrogacy journey is unique, but one thing remains the same: our commitment to fair and transparent compensation for the extraordinary role you play in helping others build their family.
In addition to financial rewards, surrogates enjoy the comfort of working with an OB/GYN of their choice, comprehensive medical coverage, and personalized support throughout the pregnancy — because your well-being always comes first.

Your Step-by-Step Guide
Surrogacy is an amazing way to help create families, but it's not for everyone. There are many important questions to consider before becoming a surrogate mother. Here are some of the most common questions we hear from women considering surrogacy.
There are some general requirements that most surrogates will need to meet. These include being over the age of 21, having had at least one previous successful pregnancy, being in good physical and mental health, and having a support system in place.
In addition to the satisfaction of helping someone else have a child, surrogates can also enjoy the financial compensation that comes with surrogacy. Surrogacy can also be a rewarding experience, as it allows you to create a special bond with the intended parents and the child you're helping to bring into the world.
There are some risks associated with surrogacy, as there are with any pregnancy. These include the risk of complications during pregnancy and childbirth, the risk of emotional distress, and the possibility that the surrogate may develop a bond with the child she is carrying. However, these risks are typically low, and most surrogates go on to have healthy pregnancies and deliver healthy babies.
Only you can answer this question. You will need to carefully consider all of the risks and implications before making a decision. Surrogacy is not right for everyone, but it can be a rewarding experience for those who are willing to take on the responsibility.
You will need to undergo a psychological evaluation to ensure that you are emotionally prepared for the surrogacy process. This evaluation will include a review of your mental health history and a meeting with a psychologist or counselor.
